Preliminary Environmental Review (PER)
Preliminary Environmental Report (PER) is document which serves as an assessment and planning tool to guide the evaluation of environmental impacts and potential mitigation and monitoring efforts associated with a proposed project within the Emirates of Abu Dhabi. The objective of a PER Report is to provide EAD with sufficient description of the environmental baseline conditions, the probable impacts of the proposed project, and the associated mitigation and monitoring efforts for the proposed project at the specified site.
Environmental Permit Application (EPA)
The Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) was formed in the year 2001. The vision of the council is, "To enable a sustainable built environment for all and facilitate India to be one of the global leaders in the sustainable built environment by 2025"
Environmental Audit Report (EAR)
Environmental Audit Report (EAR) documents an independent, accurate and detailed assessment of environmental performance for development project or industrial facility. An EAR describes the project or process being audited, lists the environmental audit findings associated with that project of facility, details the audit procedures that were followed and identifies the relevant environmental requirements that were used during the assessment.
Environmental Action Plan (EAP)
Environmental Action Plan (EAP) helps to ensure that the operation of various establishments does not directly or indirectly cause pollution of the land, water, and air environment. A written EAP, with a description of the corrective actions, is developed to assist in site or project management implementation of the corrective actions.
