The project Allsopp & Allsopp office is located on the 36th floor of Control Tower. This project is for the office space of Allsopp & Allsopp employees covering more than 14,000 sq ft of area.

ENOC Complex Building 1
The ENOC Building 1 is situated in Oud Metha Dubai. The buildings achieved LEED Gold Certification.
MAF Tower 2
Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) Tower 2 is an office building that houses some of the major
corporate offices of MAF Properties. It covers a total area of 11,766 square meters and
stands 10 stories high which comprises of main reception, the exhibition area, numerous
training facilities etc. The MAF tower 2 building certified under LEED Gold Certification by using LEED O+M.

Techno Point DSOA
The building is situated in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The building houses several offices and also a university. The building also has rooftop solar panel installed. The building achieved LEED Platinum rating.
